As a licensed real estate professional for more than two decades, I have extensive knowledge of the beautiful Gulf Coast communities throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. My practice spans the full spectrum of the market—from guiding first-time homebuyers to representing buyers and sellers of luxury and ultra-luxury properties. I also enjoy helping experienced buyers and seasoned investors identify their next opportunity.

Alongside my real estate career, I actively serve on an HOA board of directors and have a strong record of successful board leadership. My extensive condominium association expertise gives me valuable insight into the unique considerations of buying, selling, and owning property in HOA and condominium communities—knowledge that is especially important along Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Also, I am a co-owner of a well needed property-preparation company, I help coordinate the details needed to make homes market-ready and keep them consistently presentable and ready to show throughout the listing period. The services also support clients through purchase, move-in, and beyond.
